Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours per video on the Starter and Growth tiers. Scale tier clients get same day revision turnaround, and all plans queue projects on a rolling basis so you always know what's in progress. Larger or more complex projects, like long-form YouTube videos with heavy graphics, may take a bit longer. We'll flag that upfront before work begins.
Revisions are included on every plan. Send timestamped notes or comments on the delivered cut, and your editor applies them directly. Scale-tier projects get same-day revision turnaround; Starter and Growth get revisions worked into the next delivery cycle. There's no separate "revision fee." It's built into your plan.
Our editors work primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with DaVinci Resolve used for color grading on select projects. Final files are delivered in the format and specs each platform requires (YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, and so on), so you don't need to own or manage any software yourself.
Yes. Each client is paired with a dedicated editor who learns your brand voice, pacing, and style over time. That consistency is a big part of why clients stick with us for the long term. If your editor is ever unavailable, we have backup coverage so your delivery schedule doesn't slip.
Yes. We have access to licensed stock footage, B-roll, sound effects, and music libraries and will pull in whatever a project needs at no extra cost. If you have brand-specific music or footage preferences, just let us know and we'll use those instead.
Once you sign up, we'll set you up with a shared workspace (cloud storage folder) where you can upload raw footage and briefs directly. There's no software to install. Just drag and drop your files and our team picks up the project from there.
