Elevate Edits provides video editing services on a monthly retainer basis, as described on our Pricing page. Deliverables, quantities, and turnaround times are determined by the plan tier selected at signup.
Retainers are billed monthly. Unused deliverables from a given month do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may cancel a retainer with notice as agreed at signup.
Clients are responsible for providing raw footage, brand assets, and clear direction needed to complete each project. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines.
Revisions are included as described on the Pricing and FAQ pages. Requests should be submitted with clear, timestamped feedback to ensure accurate turnaround.
Once a project is delivered and paid for, ownership of the final edited files transfers to the client. Elevate Edits retains the right to display finished work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Elevate Edits is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered content, including platform performance, audience reception, or third-party distribution outcomes.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
